Remote Sales Team Leader – Life Insurance (U.S. Only)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to oversee and develop a high-performing team of life insurance sales representatives. In this role, you will not only sell life insurance products but also lead, mentor, and support a team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring their success.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and performance feedback to drive results.
  • Foster a positive, goal-oriented team culture that encourages growth and success.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to help the team meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize productivity.
  • Lead by example by actively engaging in client interactions and closing sales.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Oversee team interactions with clients, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
  • Support sales representatives in handling complex client needs and objections.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and drive repeat business through exceptional service.

Training & Development

  • Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and best practices.
  • Keep the team up to date on industry trends, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching to improve team performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Leadership Experience – Previous experience managing and mentoring a sales team.
  • Strong Sales Background – Demonstrated success in life insurance or related sales.
  • Excellent Communication & Coaching Skills – Ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Goal-Oriented & Performance-Driven – A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving – Ability to analyze data and implement effective strategies.
  • Self-Motivated & Organized – Strong time management and leadership skills to drive success remotely.
