We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented cleaning technician to join our AOAO team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in our property
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, lobby, elevators, office, and other common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Restock supplies such as paper towel, toilet dispensers, soap and other essentials.
- Report maintenance issues or any safety hazards to the maintenance supervisor.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independantly.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
