One Archer Lane is a well-maintained high-rise residential community in Honolulu, known for its friendly residents and dedicated team. We are looking for a dependable Full-Time Janitor to help maintain our property’s cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment for all.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of common areas, including hallways, lobby, elevators, and amenities
- Empty trash bins, remove recyclables, and maintain disposal areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize high-traffic areas
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with residents and team members
Qualifications:
✅ No experience required – training provided!
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
✅ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
✅ Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform cleaning tasks
