Key Responsibilities:
- General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
- Repairs: Address and fix maintenance requests from residents, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues before they become problems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with property management to prioritize maintenance tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in handyman or maintenance roles, with a strong understanding of general repair and maintenance procedures.
- Skills: Proficiency in various repair techniques, including basic plumbing, electrical systems, drywall repair, and painting.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to assess situations and devise effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
