Currently we are seeking to fill positions for Housekeepers Full Time/ Part Time for Morning and PM Shift.
HOUSEKEEPING: Reports to Supervisor and able to perform and execute all work orders.
POSITION SUMMARY
Performs a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain Condominium premises in a clean, orderly, and attractive condition. Maintains housekeeping carts and linen.
Schedule: Varies, Morning Shift 630am – 330pm/ PM Shift 3pm – 1130pm
Salary: Starting $18 an hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares and equips work cart. Replenishes used cleaning material, stocks cart with proper cleaning equipment, cleaning aids, and tools. Cleans and inspects assigned area of responsibility
Performs general cleaning to include but not limited to
Vacuums or mops, floors as needed.
Refuse removal, cleaning elevator cabs, and public/employee restrooms.
Moves and arranges furniture and polishes metal work, as needed.
Inspects and cleans BBQ cabanas, Fitness Center, Pool Amenities and Sauna.
Reports major discrepancies to Management.
Alerts Security of suspicious people in the guest area.
Launders work rags and other cleaning essentials as directed.
Ability to work with minimal or no supervision. Reports and receives work orders from Supervisor.
