Job Overview
Assist the resident manager primarily in the maintenance and repair of all common elements including the building exteriors. Has knowledge and able to do pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall work, plumbing, irrigation, electrical, rock retaining wall, patching asphalt, spall repair, painting, railing repair, exhaust fan maintenance also installation, and power washing. The building maintenance assistant will directly work with the direction of the resident manager and will be required to take over when the Resident Manager is on vacation. Will also be required to fulfil minimum work such as either trash pickup or sweep up on holidays or if utility worker/s are sick and do other projects determined by the resident manager. Must be able to work independently, flexible, self-motivated, be able to exercise tact and discretion, be able to follow oral and written instructions.
