Open Positions
Maintenance Technician (Full-Time & Part-Time)
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth building operations
- Prior maintenance experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
Janitorial (Full-Time & Part-Time)
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas
- Perform routine cleaning, trash removal, and light maintenance
- Ensure hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and recreation areas are clean and well-maintained
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- No experience required – training provided!
Resident Advisor (Full-Time & Part-Time)
- Serve as a key point of contact for residents and guests
- Answer phones and assist residents with questions and concerns
- Monitor security cameras and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Provide administrative support and assist with resident services
- Ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
