Work Schedule:
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 2:00 – 10:00 p.m.
- Days off: Wednesday & Thursday
- Must be flexible to work overtime as needed to cover sick leave or vacation.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, general repairs, and assisting with building upkeep to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents, guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine general maintenance tasks.
- Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to identify issues and complete necessary repairs under the leadership of the maintenance supervisor.
- Assist with preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Respond, observe, and report to any emergencies calls and lead according to building standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the building team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
