About the Role:
One Archer Lane is seeking a Part-Time Resident Advisor to join our professional, community-focused team. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, service-oriented, and enjoys helping others in a calm and structured environment.
Current Openings – Set Shifts:
- Wednesday & Thursday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Monday & Tuesday (Overnight) | 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Please indicate which shift you are interested in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer phone calls and assist with resident inquiries
- Monitor building security cameras and report any concerns
- Perform light administrative duties and assist the General Manager as needed
- Help ensure a safe, quiet, and well-run residential environment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A dependable, calm, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and phone operation skills
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or security (preferred but not required – we will train the right person!)
