Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Answer phone calls and assist with resident inquiries
- Monitor security cameras and maintain a safe environment
- Perform light administrative tasks and provide support to management
- Assist with building operations and coordinate with maintenance as needed
- Foster a welcoming and community-oriented atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and a team player
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Training will be provided
