Resident Manager needed for Princeville Condominium
The Board of Directors seeks a full-time Site Manager or Resident Manager for a multi-unit residential condominium complex in Princeville on Kauai.
The candidate must have a proven track record and have been or currently is a General Manager or Resident Manager in a condominium.
- Knowledge involving the day-to-day operation of a residential multi-unit condo,
- Or preferred proven track record of transferable skills
- Comprehensive understanding of mechanical components and operations,
- Work well with vendors,
- Ability to give outstanding customer service to unit owners and residents,
- Oversee and manage a large landscaping area and contractor services.
- Must be computer literate with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Salary commensurate with experience; along with health care benefits and vacation time.
Employment may include housing at the property.
Applicant will preferably live in the State of Hawaii. Candidates living outside of Kauai will be responsible for coming to Kauai for a final interview at their own expense. Relocations will not be considered. Those without the previous experience listed above will not be considered.
