Job Summary
Nauru Tower, Honolulu’s iconic luxury residential condominium is looking for highly motivated, team-oriented, and dependable employees. We are now accepting applications for Full-time Residential Specialist (Security) positions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform general security duties to ensure a safe and secure environment and provide superior services for the residents.
- Duties include (but not limited to) responding to emergencies, facilitate the compliance of house rules, security surveillance and special service
- Work shifts and days may vary. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
Qualifications and Skills
- Guard Card, Certified in accordance with HRS 463--10.5.
- Dependable with positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to read, write and understand simple verbal or written instructions in English, including the ability to write incident reports, citations, and shift logs.
- Prior experience in hotel or condominium complex preferred.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Word preferred.
- CPR / AED / First Aid certification preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Drug test and background check required.
