What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coach, High School (EX) (Part-time) - Our Lady of Mount Carmel School, Essex MD position at AOB?
The Coach is responsible for overseeing the athletic programs. They will work with students of all ages and abilities to help them develop healthy habits, build teamwork skills, and improve their physical fitness. In addition to this they are also being tasked with developing practice schedules, planning out training regimens, and providing individualized instruction to athletes as they strive to reach their full potential.
Essential Functions
- Create and execute instructional practice plans.
- Execute strength and conditioning plans.
- Develop student-athlete competence and confidence.
- Enforce team policies, beliefs, philosophies in sportsmanship, integrity, accountability, and perseverance.
- Some administrative work: Managing and tracking rosters, tournament registrations, monitoring attendance, confirming transportation, inventory management, and web-site management.

Range: This position is paid via stipend.
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
