Job Responsibilities & Criteria

Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-CS) Field Supervisor
Job Description – The purpose of a QMHP-CS Field Supervisor is providing direction and
guidance to a team of 7 QMHP-CS. The Supervisor will work closely with the Director of
Operations to ensure that the team is working in a productive manner and giving all the tools
necessary for success. This is a W2 position with benefits, as well as vacation time, PTO and Bereavement, that will accumulate after a 90 day probationary period.

Along with the QMHP-CS responsibilities, the following is required as well:

- Carry a caseload of 2/3 clients
- Conducting the mandatory biweekly Wednesday team meetings
- Checking QMHP notes
- approving or denying everyday by 12pm.
- Conducting orientation and training new hires
- Shadowing QMHP-CS in the field
- One-On-One meetings with QMHPs

- Maximum of 8 hours a week with office hours
- Coordinating with the Director of Operations directly once a week
- Weekly QMHP update email sent to Director of Operations
- Twice a month Leadership meetings
- Reviewing Quarterlies and ISPs for errors

Base Salary
- Employee shall be paid $27.00 per hour at a semi-monthly rate, the 16th and the last
day of the month for the probation period of 90 days.
- After 90-day probation, pay will increase to $30.00 per hour from there forth.

Employee will NOT disclose client treatment with ANYONE out of sight of

treatment team.

Employee will NOT represent client in any manner outside of treatment.
QMHP-CS is not authorized to discuss anything regarding AOC Outreach Services
clients to anyone without prior authorization from Program Director or CEO.
