The Project has a variety of unit options from studios to three-bedrooms to meet the demographic demand of the growing Longmont community.

Role Description
This is a full-time luxury Lease-Up Manager role located in Longmont, CO. The Lease-Up Manager will be responsible for daily tasks related to leases, market research, team mentoring, lease administration, property management, and resident retention on-site.
Qualifications
- Lease Administration and Property Management skills
- Experience in Market Research and Resident Retention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Salary : $95,000 - $100,000
