We are seeking a Business Systems Support Manager to join our IT team in Seoul. As a Business Systems Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support to all business units and ensuring the smooth operation of business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to all business units
- Ensure the smooth operation of business systems
- Manage IT security and infrastructure within Aon Korea and Aon Japan
- Support and execute IT initiatives locally
- Manage vendors
- Provide guidance and coaching for new end users on Company systems
- Perform hardware and software maintenance
- Assist the IT Team Lead in executing and meeting Company goals and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years relevant IT & Business support experience in an ITIL environment
- Good written and communication skills in English
