Job Title: IT Associate, Technology Support (Korea)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT service delivery support to all business units/users in Korea ( Japan if needed)
- Collaborate with the Regional team to ensure IT compliance matters are aligned and compliant with IT standard operating procedures
- Manage IT security and infrastructure within Aon Korea ( Aon Japan) to ensure zero downtime
- Support and execute IT initiatives locally
- Manage vendors (e.g., review contract/agreement information for IT products and services)
- Guide and coach new end-users on company systems
- Maintain hardware and software
- Assist the IT Team Lead in executing and meeting company goals and objectives by leveraging IT support to all business units

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 Years relevant IT & Business support experience in an ITIL environment
- Good written and communication skills in English
Competencies:
- Strong customer service focus and project management skills
- Independent with good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven with a desire to learn and develop technical skills
- Ability to manage customers and partners
- Customer service orientation
Technical Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server (e.g., AD)
- Ability to support Citrix
- Intermediate Networking skills including VoIP
- Advanced skills in network printing
- Office 365
- Oracle/MS SQL DB
- SSRS/BI reporting
