- Provide technical support to Aon colleagues across Korea and Japan
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure within Aon Korea and Japan
- Support and execute IT initiatives locally
- Manage vendors and contracts
- Provide guidance and coaching to new end-users on company systems
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Citrix, and Office 365, as well as intermediate networking skills including VoIP and advanced skills in network printing.
