We are seeking a Technical Service Delivery Associate to join our IT team in Seoul. As a Technical Service Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering technical support to all business units across Korea and Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to all business units
- Ensure compliance with IT standard operating procedures
- Manage IT security and infrastructure within Aon Korea and Aon Japan
- Support and execute IT initiatives locally
- Manage vendors
- Provide guidance and coaching for new end users on Company systems
- Perform hardware and software maintenance
- Assist the IT Team Lead in executing and meeting Company goals and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years relevant IT & Business support experience in an ITIL environment
- Good written and communication skills in English
