What the day will look like
The Director of Analytics will enhance the use of analytics to provide data-driven insights to our clients to help them optimize their employee benefits program. This role will work with account managers to develop top-tier analytics solutions in the market to both our existing clients and prospects in a timely manner. You will be spending around 30% of your time deriving analytical insights from data and 70% of your time delivering your insights to our clients.
- Champion and enhance the use of data analytics in Health Solutions, Singapore.
- Develop and deliver analytics solutions based on medical claims and other health and wellness data to key clients. Analytics solutions include (but are not limited to) claims analytics, plan design advisory / analysis, cost containment strategies, industry benchmarking, and fair value assessment.
- Advise clients on opportunities to enhance / grow / optimize employee benefits programs using a data and evidence-based approach.
- Support RFP pitch.
- Work with Aon business leaders and local associates to integrate data analytics into all key business processes and client deliverables.
- Leverage available data and expertise to develop consulting and other business intelligence tools and capabilities.
- Support business development initiatives as required.
