Aon is looking for an Investment Performance Analytics Data Consultant in Atlanta, GA or Chicago, ILJob ResponsibilitiesCalculate composite performance for a series of investment portfolios and proprietary fundsGather, format, and manipulate data on a daily, quarterly, and annual basis to deliver reporting to clientsAssist with quarterly and annual audits and data verification processes to confirm compliance with standards and regulationsProvide other internal reporting and ad hoc investor requests as requiredQuality assurance of input data for accuracy, completeness, and complianceDocument and maintain all procedure documentsPrepare and organize data and reports using Excel and custom composite performance softwareQualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, mathematics, data science1 years of experience within financial services or accounting, preferably with performance calculation experienceCFA or CIPM track is preferred, but not requiredFamiliarity with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) is preferred but not requiredExcellent analytical, problem solving, data management skillsProficiency in a team environment requiring strong communication and balancing ongoing work with urgent client requestsMust be highly functional with the MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPointAbility to work independently on multiple projects and manage deadlines from various stakeholdersExcellent planning and organization skillsGood oral and written communications skillsThe position will require overtime as needed; the individual must have the flexibility to work additional hours with little or no noticeHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
