We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager Trainee to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. As a Sales Manager Trainee you will learn sales and marketing skills through training. You will manage sales territories both residential communities and business communities for our wireless clients.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities within assigned territories
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is preferred but not required. We fully train you.
- Experience as a team lead, supervisor or manager is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients and sales team
- Must be at least 18
- Background check is required upon hire
