Business Development Manager

This role can be based out of our Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington or an AON branch location across the North Island.

About the mahi
This role will see you responsible for the development and growth of new business across our North Island location. You will own and create opportunities for growth, cross functional sales and relationships.
- Manage key business and customer relationships, and negotiation of potential business opportunities.
- Consult and collaborate with Aon Specialists and Underwriters to provide tailored solutions to client and prospects needs
- Through service, pricing, consultation and reporting, promote the value Aon delivers to clients and prospects
Skills and experience that will lend to success
You will have the opportunity to collaborate, engage and consult across all of Aons specialty areas while looking at growth opportunities across our clients. You will come from a strong commercial or corporate sales environment with a focus on new business development and strategic growth.
