Aon is currently recruiting a Chief Cyber Intelligence Officer – Reinsurance Solutions to join our team. The Chief Cyber Intelligence Officer – Reinsurance Solutions will be responsible for elevating Aon's ability to deliver market-leading cyber security and risk insights to a greater number of clients (cyber insurers) globally.

Your impact as a Chief Cyber Intelligence Officer – Reinsurance Solutions :
- You will lead Aon Reinsurance Solutions' cyber intelligence offering, elevating Aon's ability to deliver market-leading cyber security and risk insights to a greater number of clients globally.
- You will collaborate with broking, analytics professionals and wider Aon (e.g. Stroz Friedberg, Aon Cyber Risk Solutions, Commercial Risks) to service some of the largest global (re)insurers, leading and start-up cyber insurance companies and work on innovative projects that address the societal need to increase capital deployed for systemic cyber risk.
- You will use your advanced understanding of cyber risk from an insurer's point of view, towards developing Aon's capabilities in this area, recommending actions and solutions to clients.
- You will develop and maintain strong links with our clients and reinsurers to ensure Aon is seen as a trusted advisor and partner with service offerings that meets their needs.
- You will significantly increase the quality and quantity of Aon Reinsurance Solutions' thought leadership output and reputation (e.g. through research publications, event reporting, designing output from analytical tools)
- You will lead or guide several cyber intelligence colleagues within Aon Reinsurance Solutions globally, responsible for their professional development and creating a pipeline of talent.
- You will act as an internal "go-to knowledge resource" for brokers and analysts as needed, e.g., through delivery / development of cyber risk / security training programs aimed at lifting our collective understanding of cyber risk and developing events in the cyber world.
- You will leverage internal (e.g. Stroz Friedberg Incident Response) and external resources (e.g. vendor partnerships) towards creating innovative work products for Aon clients that bring value that can't be replicated by other reinsurance brokers or insurance consultants.
Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

Pay Transparency Laws :
The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $160k-$190k annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of State / Region. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive [an annual discretionary bonus] in addition to base salary. The amount of any [bonus] varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
