The Risk Advisor role is a hybrid position, supporting Aon's Affinity Insurance Services group for the AICPA Insurance Trust located in Fort Washington, PA.

What the day will look like:
Risk Advisors at Aon provide telephonic support to our AICPA Trust customers. They provide coverage and program details, answers to various Life Insurance questions, initiate claim submissions, and provide follow- up correspondence. Additional daily activities include:
Handle inbound calls via 800 lines with multi-product portfolio- both Life and Health products as well as Property and Casualty products
Evaluate individual customers' needs and propose additional insurance products based on personal and business needs
Interact with other departments on various projects including new programs, products, and technology
Provide analysis support and prepare reports for accurate business results for the carrier
Reconcile client payments against the policy administration system
Maintains customer records by updating account or policy information
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
Property and Casualty License required
Life, Accident & Health license preferred. Licenses not currently held must be obtained within 4 months of start date
Demonstrated relationship-building skills evaluating individual insurance needs and offering appropriate products/solutions
Prior experience working in a call center environment
Demonstrated skills and abilities to be goal-oriented and solve complex issues
Experience with CRM- Customer Relationship Management System preferred
Possess excellent written communication skills for customer correspondence, be able to speak broadly and question customer's needs
Ability to identify process efficiencies and handle daily activities in a thorough and accurate fashion
Education:
College degree or equivalent years of industry experience

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $45,000 to $50,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
