About the people you will be collaborating with
- Reporting directly to the Global Head of Strategic Finance
- Supporting the Office of the CFO to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in developing and driving the strategic business agenda for Aon
- Responsible for driving key strategic initiatives that will increase organizational capability and efficiency, including change initiatives, employee engagement, communications, project management, new business ventures and operations
- We are a high performing team that meets in person to build relationships with stakeholders, learn, teach and collaborate.
What the day will look like
The Senior Manager of Strategic Finance will play a pivotal role in Aon's Finance function, contributing to the overall success and strategic direction of the organization. This role will collaborate closely with various teams across the function and with the business. This role is based in New York and given flexibility to work remotely.

Pay Transparency Laws :
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $135,000 - $175,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York, New York. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
