What the day will look like
As a member of Aon's M&A and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) team, you will be expected to primarily build new business activity across the group by :
- Improving efficiency
- Personally contributing to client leadership
- Building data & analytic platforms to facilitate new business and stronger execution of our sales strategies
- Develop and complete critical projects to enable growth.
- Increase referrals from the professional advisor channel focusing on law firms, accounting firms, investment banks and similar centers of influence.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
Pay Transparency Laws :
The salary range for this position is $108,900 to $160,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicants geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aons annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
