Job Description
The Logistics Technician plays a key role in managing the flow of products, supplies, and equipment for our operations. This individual is responsible for fulfilling sales and supply orders, managing inventory, assisting with equipment setup and deliveries, and supporting both service and sales teams with logistical needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Fulfill sales and supply orders accurately and timely
- Close completed equipment sales orders in coordination with the sales team
- Manage and track warehouse inventory, including manual verification and regular cycle counts
- Manage and organize IT bags, car kits, and office supply stock
- Assist service technicians in staging, preparing, and delivering equipment
- Schedule equipment deliveries in coordination with customer success managers and service technicians
- Deliver supplies, hardware, and equipment to customers
- Coordinate shipping of supplies via UPS/USPS
- Receive incoming shipments and verify deliveries for accuracy
- Track and manage warranty information on applicable products and equipment
- Support front office operations, including answering phones, entering service calls, and creating sales orders as needed
Required Experience/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or similar operations/support role is preferred
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proficient with basic computer applications and inventory software
- Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment
- Must be able to operate a pallet jack and forklift
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and abililty to drive
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, reach as necessary
- Occasional need to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
