Role: Data Quality Engineer (Data heavy)
Location: Westlake, TX(Onsite)
Job Description:
Must Have Skills:
- Proven 5-10 years of experience as a Quality Engineer (QE) in a Data testing role with a focus on Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of testing Power BI report functionalities, including data accuracy, drill-throughs, interactivity, and visual components.
- Experience with SQL for data validation and querying data from data sources such as Snowflake.
Required Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
- ICE Data Quality (DQ) Tools: Experience with ICE DQ tools and methodologies for testing and validating data accuracy and integrity is highly desirable.
- ICEDQ SQL Artifacts: Ability to create and manage ICEDQ SQL artifacts for mapping and validating migrated data.
- Experience with Other Testing Tools: Familiarity with tools like Selenium or Cypress is a plus.
- BI Tool Proficiency: Exposure to other BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or similar data visualization platforms.
- Cloud Platform Knowledge: Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and their integration with Power BI.
