Job Title: Part-time Administrative Assistant
Pay: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour
Expected Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Schedule: Monday thru Friday (In-person)
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management:
- Process vendor invoices from the ticketing system, ensuring invoices are sent on time, payments are received, and records are accurately maintained.
Accounts Receivable:
- Generate and send client invoices, track incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Administrative Support:
- Answer phones, direct messages, and manage general office emails.
- Prepare and send mailings.
- Perform general office filing and assist with additional administrative tasks as they arise.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on maintaining accurate records
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with co-workers
