**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our rental equipment, used heavy equipment, and skid steer attachments to both new and existing customers. You will play a key role in generating sales, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of AOS Rentals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Actively generate and qualify leads for heavy equipment rentals, used equipment, and skid steer attachments.
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers and provide detailed information on available rental equipment and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer retention.
- Provide accurate pricing quotes, process orders, and close sales.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of rental equipment and sales orders.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM software.
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer needs.
- Assist customers with rental agreements, contracts, and invoicing processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the heavy equipment, rental, or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
