Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 50am-4 : 25pm
Pay : $15.00
DUTIES :
- 1. Assist teacher in planning and working with young children and follow her approach.
- 2. Assist in the development of a learning environment that emphasizes communication skills
- and social-emotional development
- 3. Use a positive approach in dealing with all behaviors.
- 4. Deal with children fairly and impartially.
- 5. Utilize observational skills in learning about each child.
- 6. Maintain program organization necessary for operating a classroom (i.e., preparing activities,
- maintain an orderly room, clean and organize materials)
- 7. Demonstrate professional standards of appearance, ethics, and behavior, which serve as a
- positive model for children and parents.
- 8. Be punctual and regular in attendance, spending sufficient time to perform assigned duties
