What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts & RMA Warehouse Associate position at Aosom LLC?
The Parts/RMA Warehouse Associate fills parts orders by repurposing returned product, using current stock, storing parts, and tracking storage of parts for future retrieval. Helps facilitate inter-department operations, formulates and administers action by performing the following essential functions personally.
Essential Functions:
Completes tasks to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual team and company goals through direction from the Parts & RMA Manager with proper communication, and delegation.
Enables exceptional performance levels of customer satisfaction by timely fulfilling part orders including printing part orders, retrieving the parts to fill the part orders, packing the order, printing labels, ensuring correct shipping information for timely delivery to the customer.
Processes returned merchandise authorizations, retrieves usable parts, enter parts into inventory, disposes unusable product.
Takes direction form Parts & RMA Manager and requests from Customer Service through verbal, email, and Teams Channels to process orders and communicate/resolve issues.
Ensures safe and efficient operation of hand jacks, electric pallet jacks, Reach/Bendi trucks.
Maintains the inventory integrity by using and overseeing the use of correct warehousing procedures, Warehouse Management System (WMS) use, supplemental WMS equipment use, periodic cycle counts and inventory audits.
Coordinates assessments and upkeep of the facility, equipment and racking with the Part & RMA Manger to ensure the safe transport and storage of all materials. Ensures daily pickup of work areas to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicates and coordinates inter-team operations with US teams and office.
Consistent attendance in compliance of the Aosom Attendance Policy and for the expected performance level of the above duties.

Physical Demands and Working Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally team lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers/printers and filing cabinets and standard warehouse equipment such as material handling equipment, hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school degree or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related experience or role.
- Two year’s ERP/WMS experience
