Your Mission :
Be the CEO’s Right Hand – Provide top-tier administrative and strategic support, ensuring every detail is handled so the CEO can focus on big-picture growth.
Command the Inbox – Manage, prioritize, and organize the CEO’s email with ruthless efficiency, ensuring critical messages are addressed and time-wasters are eliminated.
Own Communication & Documentation – Draft high-level letters, memos, reports, and executive documents with clarity and impact. If it needs to be written, you’ll make it sharp and professional.
Travel Like a Pro – Book and coordinate seamless travel for the CEO and key employees, ensuring every trip is hassle-free and optimized for productivity.
Master the Calendar – Schedule, confirm, and prioritize meetings, ensuring the CEO’s time is maximized for impact. Take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups happen.
Gatekeep & Streamline – Handle incoming communication, distill key information, and make sure only what matters most reaches the CEO’s desk.
Keep Operations Smooth – Manage office tasks, keep records organized, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. When the team needs something, you’ve already handled it.
Support New Talent – Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into the company culture.
Beyond Business—Personal Assistant Duties
Personal Calendar & Appointments – Manage and confirm personal meetings, ensuring all commitments are met with precision.
Home & Vehicle Management – Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and anything else needed to keep life running smoothly outside the office.
Book Personal Travel – Ensure trips are booked efficiently, with every detail considered for comfort and productivity.
Manage Personal Emails – Oversee personal communications with discretion and efficiency.
Always Ready to Pivot – Be available during the CEO’s business hours for anything unexpected that comes up. Agility is key.

Experience & Education Requirements
Proven Track Record in High-Level Executive Support – Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar high-performance role supporting C-suite executives, founders, or high-profile individuals.
Master of Efficiency & Organization – Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, high-volume email correspondence, and top-priority administrative tasks in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Elite Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Degree or Equivalent Experience in Business, Communications, or Operations – A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus, but real-world experience and a proven ability to execute at a high level matter more.
Salary : 20-25 / hour Bonus
