Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist with at least of 3 years of clinical experience to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and will possess a strong understanding of various dental procedures. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to identify oral health issues.
- Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, endodontics and removable appliances.
- Specialize in pediatric dentistry to cater to the unique needs of children.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record keeping.
- Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices and patient care standards.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in dental fabrication techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.

Pay: $234,877.00 - $256,382.00 per year
