Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our incredible Servicing Team. This role is pivotal to maintaining our reputation for outstanding service by providing professional, courteous, and solution-oriented support to both internal and external stakeholders. Your efforts will directly enhance our clients’ experience, fostering trust and loyalty that sets AP apart in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone and email, acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Manage tasks efficiently using dashboards and workflows.
- Become an expert user of the AP Customer Portal to assist clients.
- Provide accurate payoff calculations for loans and leases.
- Respond to insurance-related inquiries and assist with resolution.
- Address billing inquiries, process customer payments, and collect delinquent accounts when necessary.
- Facilitate payment relief requests and handle contract modifications or name change requests.
- Manage end-of-term processes, including UCC termination requests.
- Use internal systems to document and manage cases effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer service and 2 years in office or administrative role required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Salesforce and/or Aspire is a plus.
- Attributes: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: Starting at $50,000 per year, DOE, with eligibility for a quarterly incentive plan.
