One of the oldest and reputable law firms in the Channel Islands is looking to hire a family lawyer with a strong background in divorce, ancillary relief, public and private children's law cohabitation and matrimonial matters. The ideal candidate must be a qualified solicitor from England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland or have worked in these locations as a common law qualified family lawyer. The role requires you to provide excellent drafting and legal research. This role is to be based in our client's Jersey office. Relocation costs and work permit will be provided for the right applicant if they are not already based in Jersey.
