What You Will Do

• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for locum tenens assignments
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their needs and preferences
• Facilitate placement of healthcare providers into clients’ medical facilities by matching skill level, licenses, preferences, board status and credentials
• Conduct reference verifications and arrange interviews for clients
• Aid in negotiating contract terms with clients and candidates
• Maintain databases regarding status of potential candidates
• Assist in permanent placement positions as needed
  
  

What You Need

• 2 years Locum Tenens/Agency staffing experience required
• 1 year experience in healthcare recruiting required
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• Proficient in using recruitment software and databases (e.g., ATS systems)
• Ability to be resourceful and self sufficient
