Customer Relations Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all customers and provide exceptional service for them within a retail store setting
- Develop relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and trust when presenting wireless services..
- Manage customer questions and concerns they may have about services and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Support the sales team by following up on customers' interest in wireless services and help process any and all sales orders.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on customer needs, enhancing sales and revenue; including but not limited to wireless services, phone upgrades, and device storage.
- Maintain accurate customer in store records, including details of interactions and sales information.
- Monitor customer feedback and work to improve overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product offerings and sales promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales metrics by effectively managing customer relationships and opportunities.
Customer Relations Associate Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or a sales-related role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
