What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at AP Packaging?
At Pacron, Customer Service plays an integral role in our manufacturing process. Your position and attitude determines our future with major responsibilities affecting shipping, accounts receivable and production operations. You'll be joining a group of 3 as we continue to add to grow the team and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Offer customer service to inbound phone callers and emailers regarding orders.
- Enter customer and account source documents by reviewing data accordingly.
- Respond to customer needs by updating shipping and production departments on change orders.
- Establish entry priorities.
- Input orders and review for discrepancies prior to submitting orders.
- Assist team members daily to ensure orders are inputted into our software (Poly 2000)
- Combine data from different systems into Poly 2000.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and report needed changes.
- Review Accounts Receivable data to ensure new orders aren’t inputted into order requests from restricted accounts.
- Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of the procurement.
- Communicate between departments to ensure orders are delivered properly.
- Support departments as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
