Job Description:
AP Plumbing is seeking an energetic Plumbing Sales Representative for their Syracuse, NY, location. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain relationships with an assigned client base (both residential and commercial,) including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This position would be ideal for a self-motivated go-getter who is customer service focused and wants to drive and build business for a growing organization.
Sales with competitive base salary and commission. First-year potential earnings could exceed $125,000

Responsibilities:
- Consultation, estimation, follow-up, and sale of residential and commercial plumbing services
- Maintain and improve company sales revenue and gross margin
- Regularly develop sales skills and product knowledge
- Responsible for scheduling jobs, design and job orders
- Communicate work scopes with installers
- Ensure great client service from the order to the delivery and beyond
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail/outside sales
- Successful sales experience within the local region
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record

The starting yearly base salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 plus commission. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
