Job Overview
As a Plumbing Technician, you’ll handle service calls, diagnose plumbing issues, and perform repairs/installations in both residential and commercial settings. If you're a problem-solver with strong technical skills and a passion for customer service, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Respond promptly and professionally to service calls.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and develop repair/replacement strategies.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, faucets, toilets, water heaters, drains, etc.).
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Provide expert recommendations to clients regarding system upgrades and repairs.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and explain work performed to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Service Plumber or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and operate tools.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to drive the work van safely.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and emergency calls.
