The Business Analyst will work with a cross-functional team to design a highly performing application based on business requirements distilled into user stories.
Provide business analysis services within an Agile framework.
Work closely with product owners, development team, stakeholders, and quality analysts to ensure that the product meets the needs of the business.
Participate in agile ceremonies for backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, product demos, and sprint retrospectives.
Required Skills
Hands on Azure Cloud and Dynamics 365 CRM experience combined with 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with extensive hands-on experience eliciting, analyzing, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Extensive hands-on experience with agile practices, requirements documentation, user story creation, facilitating, and interviewing techniques to extract and validate user requirements.
Hands-on experience maintaining an expansive, well-groomed backlog.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, and written and oral communication skills.
