We are looking for a results-driven, detail-oriented and team-centric Leader to oversee Primary Care Business Operations and to exhibit exceptional people management skills, a strong business acumen and an exemplary work ethic.
As part of the Executive Team, will participate in the cultivation and execution of the company’s business plan and promotion of company culture.
Key Experience
- Primary Care Management experience
- Consistent and clear communication
- Strong computer literacy, should be an advanced user of Microsoft Office (including Excel) and experienced with an EHR system
- Strong organizational skills
- Must possess strong analytical skills, experienced in conducting research, analyzing data and proposing solutions
Will lead and manage staff with cooperation from Department Leads. This will include:
- Developing and supporting Department Leads to manage their teams
- Attract, retain and develop a high-performing team that you hold accountable for achieving established results
- Maintain accountability, and be comfortable in conflict
Will be responsible for the Profit & Loss performance of the company
- Evaluating insurance contracts and executing a coordinated payer contracting strategy
- Ensuring that operations are run efficiently to minimize expenses
Will play a central role in leading and organizing special projects and process improvement, this will include:
- Effective facilitation of meetings of staff from all departments
- Strong organizational skills and maintaining accountability for deadlines and deliverables
- Write and revise policies, processes and procedures
Will oversee the day-to-day aspects of running the practice, this will include:
- Ensuring teams are properly staffed and appropriately trained
- Ensuring that processes are documented and appropriately followed
- Resolving problems and leading improvements in quality and efficiency
