Title: Principal Data Quality Analyst

Type: Contract to Hire (FTE expected within 6 months)
Salary: 120-140k range
Location: Hybrid (3 days remote and two days onsite per week - Priest/Washington in Phoenix)
Experience: Minimum of 10 years cumulative
Additional Information
There is a preference for a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences and/or Information Management.
A minimum of three years in Data Governance and/or Data Management professional roles.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Possess strong organizational, project management and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding and practice in Data Governance activities- data cataloging, data quality and data modeling to support and elevate the data services offered to the Enterprise.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong service orientation, and an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with users, peers, office and firm management, and outside business partners.
- Ability to communicate with executives and staff in an effective, non-technical manner with patience, tact and diplomacy.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and expertise in the enterprise administration of the systems such as: Collibra Data Catalog (Data Governance tool) / Collibra Data Quality tool / Erwin Data Modeling tool / Enterprise Architect/Sparx Data Modeler
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities in a professional manner.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, facilitate solutions, and meet deadlines and milestones for projects/cases assigned.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high ethical standards and strict confidentiality of data, projects, strategy.
- Proven ability to maintain and update technical knowledge and skills.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
