Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and toiletries.
- Manage housekeeping inventory and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks as required, including floor care and upholstery cleaning.
- Follow established safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times.
Skills
- Proficient in custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques.
- Experience in floor care, including the use of various cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Background in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
