Required Qualifications :
- Customer service experience, preferably in account management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Administrative support experience preferred
- Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough reviews and updates of existing vendor master records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in supplier information, ensuring the integrity of the database.
- Engage with suppliers via phone, email, and other communication channels to gather necessary information and updates.
- Provide support and guidance to suppliers on documentation requirements and process workflows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on supplier enablement activities.
- Provide regular updates on progress and escalate issues as needed to the Procurement Director
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and updates made to supplier records.
- Generate reports on the status of supplier master clean-up activities and present findings to relevant parties.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Address supplier inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience
