Expected Contract Length / Duration : 6 months
Timing : This position requires availability to work rotating 9 : 00 AM-6 : 00 PM and 12 : 00 PM-9 : 00 PM EST and possibly Saturdays.
Shift : Tuesday-Saturday (No OT)

Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and problem-solving.
- Manage and resolve customer issues with clear communication and expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar components and proprietary software.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Provide customer service through phone, email, chat, etc.
- Become an expert on financing and sales / operations workflows.
- Document customer interactions with detailed logs.
- Proactively escalate potential issues to management.
- Identify and recommend improvements to internal support tools.
- Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
