Job Title : Administrative Technician Hybrid

Pay Range : $26.67 - $29.63 per hour

Expected Contract Length / Duration : 12 months

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Technician to join our client's team. This role involves processing gas and electric deals utilizing Salesforce CRM and maintaining accurate documentation. This position is critical to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of day-to-day business operations and offers potential for growth into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process gas and electric deals using Salesforce CRM with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Partner with sales teams to obtain customer usage data
  • Obtain quotes from energy suppliers and prepare proposals for end-use customers
  • Scan hardcopy files and match them with corresponding CRM records
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records to support business operations
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve documentation or data discrepancies
  • Assist in improving process workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide updates and feedback on deal processing statuses to internal teams
  • Adhere to all company policies and data security protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years relevant experience in administrative roles or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proficiency in developing presentations and spreadsheet reports
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to interpret reports
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Additional certifications in CRM systems, data management, or related fields a plus
