Position Overview
Are you an organized self-starter with a passion for digital marketing? Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Coordinator to join their innovative digital public affairs team. In this role, you'll build strong digital presences for concurrent email marketing, social media, and website projects. Working alongside a collaborative and driven team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where every action has a tangible and meaningful impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management of digital content by working cross-functionally to solicit, manage, produce and traffic approvals for web, email, and social media content
- Utilize project management tools including Monday.com and Microsoft Teams to ensure organization, create content calendars, and provide timely delivery of quality digital creative
- Manage social media for a portfolio of projects using Sprinklr for publishing, tracking, categorizing, and responding to comments
- Produce and deliver regular KPI reports tracking metrics including number of social media posts per project
- Write email marketing, social media, and website copy from existing and approved content
- Coordinate production and execution of email marketing, social media, and website initiatives
- Function effectively within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
